To me this seems like someone is testing these levels. There trying to find out if anyone is willing to hit the .0002 to get more .0001. Thsi .0003 if a test to see what will happen next. If .0003 is a break point no one will buy this at .0003 untill they are absolutely sure that .0002s are done being sold and then the .0003 will be taken out.
