How about the fact that the corporate charter is revoked by the Nevada SOS and before any change in control can take place there has to be a reinstatement filing with the SOS office as well as paying all back fees and penalties?
I keep checking to see if that is done and it is not. The Resident resigned recently so ANWM is now a revoked Nevada Corp without a Resident Agent.
You got some source telling you when the corporate charter will be reinstated? Because this sure looks like the pumping of a dead horse until that time. If this was close to changing hands the reinstatement paperwork would already be filed as it can not change hands until the reinstatement happens.
All this other hype, speculation and "WEEEEEEEE" stuff is little more than penny stock fodder aimed at those who are unaware of what is actually required for those events to take place.
