op...keep in mind that those shares were restricted for 1 year, so that pretty much guarantees PSM and Quick will be Long-term investors along with the rest of us.

That, IMO, is a HUGE plus!

I for one am glad Miller did it and I think it will pay off for us. That's my opinion on the subject.
