Nothing's going to happen until everything is squared away with the SEC. Then a date will be set for the IPO to debut. We may see a jump in share price when that date is set in anticipation of the stock going to market, or we may not.
This is not only a penny stock, it's a thinly traded penny stock. There won't be much attention paid to it until they have a track record. So far, all they have is intent. I happen to think this one is worth the risk, they may one day have something really big going..... but that's only IF they can do what they plan to do. We're still at the "if" stage. We'll see what happens after the IPO debuts.
Once they bring a couple of companies to market, companies that the street recognize as companies worth investing in, that's when we'll see serious appreciation.
This is a stock that you tuck away and forget about. Either it will fly or it won't.
