Does PGS seismic survey with 14.4 billion barrels or NSAI pre-drill estimates count as 'information?' Or does Sinopec's webpage with 'commercial' and 'Bomu-1' in the same sentence help? Is Prazares that far off base when he states positive results on Phase I?
Just curious what you use for the dividing line between 'information' and message board fluff?
