Do you have any proof of this, or is this just another unsubstantiated accusation? I remember BH LOWERING the outstanding shares to 150M. BH's current company stock has under 5M shares in the float. My thought have always been that BH didn't sell stock, which is what he claims, and what mathematically I always determined.

The share selling scheme came AFTER BH was gone when the OS was raised to 600M - an option that was always available to BH but never taken...
