Doesn't make sense to dilute now at these levels with such a small float for a .000 stock. Company could release a couple of fluff PRs and dilute at a much higher PPS to raise more Capital. Also, volume indicator doesn't look like shares being dumped. ENTI has 5 billion A/S and they were dumping 300 million shares a day. When I see anything close to that then I will believe dilution is happening. I believe MMs are shorting this stock but I could be wrong.
