What you will find is EMXC is the land of excuses. The sudden declaration of being in a quiet mode for "36 months" is ridiculous and unprecedented in American business. The fact is it is a joke.

Want to prove me wrong? Show me ONE OTHER STATEMENT, in the past 36 months by this company that they are in a "quite period".
