notice the duped 50k trades at 12/13 and
the buy that moved etmm up on the ask :)

folks can say what they want but i expect
we'll see more of this shorting/covering/swapping
that we've seen so far this am .. doesn't mean it's
not frustrating or folks won't sell and the sos will
be in play .. but again imo based on the comments
from the folks who actually hold *the bulk* of exph's
shares .. they will be adding as it's brought to x pps

and imo that *discrepancy* will be addressed .. it may
not be until 2011 .. but as i said .. the co. survived
in spite of all odds and imo is in a very different place
today (albeit still volatile it's clear they have friends
with very deep pockets) and at some point when it's shown
what insiders hold (including the new ceo and bod members)
folks can figure out what passes for normal .. is anything but

and that is the day i look forward to

it's been an interesting year in *reading* the manipulation
on exph's tape re: trades .. signals .. duped .. swapped shares
the irony is .. i fully expect when *enough exph shares are in hand*
exph will *experience* another well orchestrated *run* just like
was DONE 2 x in 2009 ~ it will have nothing to do with market cap
or valuation or fins/forms out .. known and digested :)

as i said patterns always reveal themselves and this *pattern*
isn't *unique* to exph .. all it takes is a little reading to
see how it's being done and where :0

bottom line all i control is my decision to buy sell or hold

if exph is taken back down .. i'll be adding again .. i look
forward to the new blood coming in .. for all sorts of reasons
and as i posted months ago .. after todd's death (ceo of ww) in
feb .. i personally wrote off etc for 2010 .. i look forward to
seeing which entity is pr'd as etc's first retailer and where
they are located
