If the front runners of Biocen only intend on filling their bank accounts with this new endeavor as it seemed with BEHL, then the shareholders have no reason to continue to hold on.

I think once the details are shared the intent will be clear. I am expecting to hear, this deal will allow some of the BEHL preferred shares to be exchanged for free trading common BNPD shares. There should be plenty of room in BNPD share structure for this. Although, BNPD current share structure seems to be top secret at this time. The TA didn't have contact information for BNPDG. And BNPDG hasn't responded to any of my inquiries about it. Like I said, I am only speculating on this.

Just another chapter in the BEHL story.
