IMO the reason why he wants to keep his SDVI

shares: He knows that they most likely will appoint a new CEO and if they want to keep employees of SDVI like Ken RJ and others then only option is to buyout SDVI. Based on Current state of Graffiti business with a good tech platform, product lines and new exposure PPS of the new company in DAX will definitely go up much more than at IPO price. 200 to 1 is a bare minimum set price right now. He must have got hint that he will be asked to be in Graffiti as he has technical expertise in video games and that gives him much bigger bargaining position. You must have noticed from Kens recent actvities with RR-wii that Ken loves to be a tech guy than CEO in job liking. Ttis is just my opinion.
