Agreed!!! this stock IMO cant be determined by charts indicators.. this one will be bought or sold on the PRs so if the forcast in the PRs come true ..then GBOE!!! here we go!!!

Technical analysis does not apply to a developmental companies stock, its all speculation for now. Go back to basic fundamentals for a business like this. IMO
