It's not as simple as "not filing for over a year." When JD presented ETC last year it got lamb-basted(sp). I know as well as anyone that things weren't going to go as planned. Not to this extent but, something along this line. But with all the name calling and accusations it's no wonder he has done the things he has.
You can go on finding all the negative aspects that you like but, I see a bright light at the end of the tunnel. And no not that one
