You're right Charlie, TDA says the same thing. They got a bunch of standard disclaimer lines but they can go back and determine what the ask was at the time of submission.
If there is a market being made for the security you are entitled to a fill at the ask and they usually give it to me if I b!tch.
As a rule I don't have trouble with TDA, but have had trouble in the past with Zecco.
