In the Q and A- JD said he and Glenn woulbe be filing Form 3-s.

Hopefully he is serious this time since he has been promising that for what? 8 months?

Anyone ask him why he refused to file them a year ago when this was being driven in the ground. Anyone ask him why he stood back and did absolutly nothing to support his share price for close to a year after all he had promised in 09?

It has been a week... did he maybe say *when* they would file?
