You don't have the volume for a dump. It's a classic accumulation play with pullbacks where it's an opportunity to add for the next consolidation area. Problem with this one is there is not enough conviction. The float is very small maybe 14M and a good portion of that is probably in tight hands. Once there is a concerted effort to hit the !!!ASK!!! and not sit back waiting for pullbacks it will make a move to make our heads spin. imo
