RR : Attendees would also be smart to not buy or sell any EXPH shares until todays meeting is press released ....just to be on the safe side . As well , attendees should not post any material info on ANY message board until EXPO press releases the same content they were all given .

EXPO would be prudent to press release before the market opens tomorrow to avoid even the appearances of unfair trading advantages to the attendees .

Why would the company have attendees of the SM sign an NDA when you have posters here that dribble non public information on this board daily and call it DD?
-------------
Since we haven't heard anything yet about the meeting my guess is that Expo's lawyer had attendees sign NDA's so we get the silent treatment until a PR is issued by the company.

This is great news because they would not issue NDA's unless they had material events to talk about during the meeting or attendees could possibly see orders in progress with customer's names on them or they know who the new CEO is or are privy to financials.

Whatever the reason I feel very good about our chances here.

Shareholders attending a publicly announced meeting would NEVER be signing an NDA. Simply stated, it just ISN'T done.

Could you imagine?: Johnny and Sally, you can't sit and listen because you didn't sign an NDA like all other shareholders. LEAVE!!

Since when is a non-disclosure agreement an excuse to violate Federal Law, lol? EXPH shareholders signing an NDA? Are you serious? What would prevent them from not disclosing any of the information they were given illegally and then trading on it for personal gain? The premise is too absurd to even contemplate, but it is an excellent indicator of the extraordinary lengths the horrid EXPH news coming out of this meeting will be spun to "excuse" it into sounding positive. The silence is deafening however...sure hope there weren't a lot of sharp objects lying around in the conference room. IMHO.
