hmmm, what a question... to appear legit maybe? to sell shares? because hes an outstanding guy? come on, staying current is nothing(which they barely do by the way). some "companies" go to great lengths to scam (s**g). i believe PIHN will run eventually, but lets be realistic. for now we need volume to absorb this possible dilution &/or those losing faith; which i believe theres a ton waiting at 3 & 2.
they need to keep making a profit & growing (& stop growing the O.S). the stock needs a huge influx of "positive" volume & the right news will bring it. some say the share structure needs adjusting & i agree. some kind of buyback announcement would really get things going. the problem is.... how do companies usually "adjust" the share structure when they are in the low trips :/ all is IMO & GLTA.
