cpw, they ended up going with IPAY solutions instead.

Once the US bank failed to get fdic approval, OWVI made the switch to a processor that is more east Asia centric.

Edit: They put a deposit down/signed a letter of intent. OWVI needed the U.S. bank first to go domestically, so it all came down to that.
