Wadegarret, There are many ways to do business in this world. Why should UTA follow others in every little aspect? UTA's main office is in Shenzhen, if you were in Beijing, why not just ask them to mail the ticket to you? UTA is a company serving in China, why do they have to hire english speaking agents? I do not want to waste more time in the trap of short sellers as there are always tons of questions for any business (ex. how many lawsuits on microsoft?) All I can say is I have confirmed everything I want to confirm from UTA, and I am happy with the price I bought and will keep them for over $10.

Hi xxxx,

All air ticket right now is e-ticket, so you can get your boarding pass in any airport in China with just your ID.
And we only have airport counter in Shenzhen for cost saving, and for all other cities who request the physical ticket, we also have mailing option.

And we have less people working night shift, so maybe when you call now, the service quality is not as good as day time. For your information, tonight the call center is very busy because of the article...

We just googled the aurthor and he is blocked by google...and it seens he's got very bad reputation.

Our company will look into his article in detail and take necessary action where appropriate.
And before that point of time, we will not further comment on it.
