You could be right. I find it very curious that 1. Total comes in to JDZ 2. Analysis takes this much time and now that it is done, 3. The Phase II deadline will be discussed for a couple more months ...4. After the EEZ bid round is extended till Nov 15th 5. ...Sinopec states it's succes (however briefly mentioned) on their website....
It seems we have something in the JDZ worth exploring or this thing would have already been shut down. Furthermore, it seems some deal/ consortium negotiation is underway and they need more time!!!
