Give him some time to work. I'm trying to be fair to Tom since he's new.

He's meeting with EV this week, and the week's not over yet. So everything that happens between when he signed up to be the new IR, and when/if he makes EV sign a non-dilution agreement is still in EV's hands and is EV's fault.
