So, the O/S has been increased by 249,000 now is there any reason why Mr. HONESTY didn't put this in his PR, didn't explain what & why it was issued, or to whom the shares were issued? Of course not!! Furthermore, this "HONEST CEO" (as he likes to think himself) hires a TA that won't provide all of the SS (share structure). WHY??? Thousands of TA's out there, find one that does!! That is a corp decision folks and always SMELLS FISHY!!
These guys are getting off to the wrong foot. Today's PR tells us NOTHING!!! They could have "acquired" the database off the web, bought software, etc.. it is a wordplay & these guys are already playing GAMES!!!
That's the TRUTH & those are VERIFIABLE FACTS with my own opinion & interpretation obviously contained therein!!
