Yes..math comes out over 20 cents per share...almost unheard of to have such a shareholder friendly price. The fact they were willing to take shares confirms their confidence in the company and undervalued share price. I'm sure they have a very good idea how the coming earnings are going to look and said yes yes gimmie shares!
