Ok. Got it.
That makes Graffiti price the most important.

SDVI pps and Graffiti pps will adjust very fast, because the market will make it happen.

Don´t see that we can buy SDVI at 0.003 like now, and then sell them to the company and receive Graffiti shares with a €1 pps.

After the IPO, or SDVI goes to 0.0065 or Graffiti has to come down to meet SDVI´s price. Other way it would be the deal of the century.
