You are thinking along the same lines as I was...It sure sounded to me that all the value will go with grafitti (and would have to in order to get that kind of line of credit) while most of the liability will stay with SDVI, IMHO.

Full discliamer, I have closed my position here but it sure is fun to see how this develops over the coming months.
