While just the mention of r/s always brings worse case thoughts to surface, it needs to be remembered that the only reason a r/s would occur is so that the underwriter will underwrite LTC. Otherwise, CTGI should be expected to trade just like any other stock, going up in value with each new fundamental development.

Financials for LTC and CTGI are one of those developments.
