Thanks. I'm just glad I could get back in at .08 again. I had to sell earlier at .18 to pay off some unexpected necessities before the paycheck came in. I don't flip much or flip at all and happened to get lucky on this one. Now back in at .08 for the run up to that dollar. I didn't want to miss the real run.
