I have Ameritrade so they required that I call in the order today with a broker. They had to tell me it was a risky stock and explain stuff to me before they would place my order.

I got 1 mil @ .0002

ICOA was very active and, apparently very successful, on the PR front in 2004 and 2005. Their PR's during that period reflected a robust and growing company. Hopefully they are heading back in that direction starting with last week's news.
