C,with all due respect you are incorrect. not sure how many of these (penny investments that go to trial or confrence) you've been involved with but this sort of stuff is public info, and not the first for me. some have pacer accounts and others do not. some have access to info as a function of their ability to pay for it, others do not. posting one side or the other is irrelevant as long it gets posted. again, this is public info so you are way off about not posting or having to post everything. i was going to post the complaint and the response. emails b/w parties, are public, but require serious hours to find in the filings. just trying to keep this board informed and do my part. so i respectfully disagree with you. i will post as soon as i recieve.
