They can make it but I doubt it will scale as well as Thoroughbred. In that case they will have to rely on the Quantispeed rating for a couple hundred more points.

They got everyone excited about Hammer and ran amuck.
Sems like everone Taiwan company has designed motherboards and chipsets for Hammer. But no Hammer. AMD must really be embarassed.
