You got someone that is loading, that already has a big position keeping it down to finish loading. Selling those small sales are nothing to them when their picking up millions. I've seen this before.
That has to be an MM (which do not pay commission on trades) because the trade is $14 which if you had to pay commision on would kill you. It has to be an MM trying to hold the price down for some reason ... this should be illegal in my mind ... actually I believe it is illegal. And if I lived in the US and was a US citizen (which the SEC has to at lest listen to). I would report it.
