Yes, I guess I left that part out, didn't I? lol

The LTC auditing slow-down seems to be with the accountant(s), as I'm told that every time 'the last detail' is furnished, another one seems to pop up a few days later. No doubt, it's frustrating to insiders when they think they're 'finally there', and something comes along to delay the matter.
