What do you mean "no NEWS"? They never put out a PR explaining the increase till now, so, yes, it is new NEWS. Increased by 2 billion shares 1.8 billion restricted, 200 million "subject to SEC rule 144." Again, no dilution has occurred just people panic selling b/c of others misleading posts.
