Most spinoff stocks I have been in,a matter of fact all spin-off stocks,I didn`t have to turn in any stock,I recieved additional stock of spinoff:
Example 5 for 1 spinoff on a million shares of ARSC would be 200,000 shares of spin-off.
My guess 100 to 1 = 1 million shares of ARSC would be 10,000 new shares of spin-off
