Government Contract Revenue.
As of July 31, 2010, we have recognized $21,620,000 in total government contract revenue under this contract, of which we recognized $2,111,000 during the three months ended July 31, 2010. The contract was expected to provide us with up to $22.3 million in funding over an initial 24-month base period ending June 29, 2010. However, the Government Contract was subsequently extended for several weeks for no additional funding to complete ongoing pre-clinical studies and to determine potential next steps under the Government Contract. As of the filing date of this Form 10-Q, we have not received any written notification from the TMT regarding any additional funding beyond the base period.
