#88221 RE: Alfa147 #88205

I think today is a really fine day for continuing the effort in doing the DD...

The company has pretty clearly shifted gears from a focus on "the geology" to a focus on "organizational efforts".

I'm pretty sure that doesn't mean that they already know everything that there is to know about the geology. It seems it says they know "enough" about the geology, now, to have making the transition we see happening... useful.

Seems we're still waiting on the service providers and the bureaucrats to enable public release of the most recent updates to the geological reports re Nemegosenda. The company's statements say they expect there will be "more than one" report made on what those changes are... and there has been a bit of speculation about why "more than one" report is coming. The public is more or less wholly dependent on that reporting process, and the standards that "the rules" for reporting impose, with the NI43-101 standards defining "the valuation standards" for mineral deposits.

Seems the reports that are coming... will be likely to change market perceptions about "the value" SRSR has under tow. How dramatic that change is likely to be... is the subject of speculation, now...

The company obviously doesn't have any similar dependency on the things we don't know that they do. They already know what the reports say... and likely know more already about the rocks and what is in them than the next 43-101 reports will reveal...

I think that means we're at a point where there really isn't much additional utility available from doing more DD that is focused on "the rocks" and what they might have in them. For that, we just need a bit of patience... and we'll find out more.

That leaves a lot that is still useful to look at... in doing DD focused on the "forward looking" elements that will be topical when we do know what there is to consider in the new information the updated reports hold.

There is a still pretty wide open gap in the DD in considering many of the elements you need to consider in thinking about "scoping" studies, and "feasibility"... A bit of that seems it will likely be necessary to think about, soon, in terms of the interpretation of magnetic data in relation to "scoping"...

There is a still largely unaddressed issue to consider in the "separations processes" that will likely define a LOT that matters in valuation, looking forward. Those are the sorts of things you consider in doing "feasibility studies"... that are things SRSR has already announced they've been working on... one of the things they included in announcing what they'd be working on this summer...

The COST element of separations was addressed recently in the Jack Lofton article that was linked here. Obviously, SRSR has "more than one" issue to address in separations processes that are going to be key elements in "valuation". They have to consider the cost of processing and separations related to the niobium, and the cost element in the separation and "sorting out" of all "the other stuff"... thorium, uranium and the various REE components. There is a significant hole in the DD efforts addressing those issues... which are likely to be things very closely related to "where the puck will be"...
