First off, you have an AZ based company incorporated in NV... Red flag number one.

They raised their A/S from 75,000,000 to 375,000,000 in 09/23/2008
They raised their A/S from 375,000,000 to 1,875,000,000 in 5/14/2010
They raised their A/S from 1,875,000,000 to 3,750,000,000 in 8/03/2010

HUGE red flag number two.

Sterling posts on that board pumping the stock. Red Flag number three.

Three strikes... your out. (or better get out)

The latest dilution came from a promotor paid for by one of the creditors. But that's no excuss as the company is now claiiming. The end responsibility of how their shares are used lies with the company.
They payment of 50mil share to a promoter is about as dilutive as it can get.
The pumping of the stock then dumping those shares is about as illegal as it gets. Putting "we may sell shares during promotion" in their disclaimer doesn't make it legal.
They have now pulled SNEYD from their disclamer on several of their different web sites.

I would suggest anyone caught by their dump file a complaint with the SEC.
