It would by my thought that this will be a "CLOSED ROOM HEARING" that will only be attended by the Judge, Plaintiffs & Attorney(s), and Defendants & Attorney(s).
It even states that if they cannot be there in person, they must be available by teleconference. So, this is the pre-trial preliminary hearing to see if things can be settled without a FULL-BLOWN Court Trial....and if it gets to that point, it will probably be held in a courtroom where someone could sit-in.
