The 25s aren't retail, it's NITE keeping it there so her can cover shorts on the spread.

So with low volume20-60k this thing is staying there.

I really don't think they are shorting a 25 cent stock that trades with little volume and that not only has a super small float, but also is vastly undervalued. Those short figures are skewed due to some changes the SEC made a few months ago in accounting methods. All penny stocks showed a huge increase in short volume after the changes, even though no more shorting was really occurring.
