Mark stated that they still have to finalize some of the details before submitting. He didn't give a date.

Thought that it was a little interesting that at the end of presentation Mark stated that 19 are done and the 20th will be done in a couple of weeks.

I'm a bit confused. The slide shows 3rd quarter, but Varney said 4th quarter. Furthermore, Varney explicitly said that the IND has NOT been submitted yet. Didn't you say in a previous post, if this were the case, then something is definitely wrong?

1) The absolute necessity is for the IND to have been filed. If it has not been, something has gone seriously wrong. I expect to hear that it has been filed, but this is one bottom-line must-have. I agree with you that the go-ahead for the IND (which is conveyed by an absence of response) will come in October, hopefully early in the month.
