I agree. This will get resolved before any courtroom date, but I would not be expecting an immediate announcement of such this week. Sometimes these things take a few conferences, etc.

More, all the judge has to do is look at the lawsuit history of Alpha Capital Antsalt and the court will understand that these guys are trying to take advantage of the justice system to use as away for robbery in their cases. I mean, look at their history here
