Depending on news I have thought it will hit mid .06 range in a week or so. This is why I sold back at about .096 and .0965. Even then I had held too long.
If it finally does hit this range, I think buying will occur as longs and news load for what should be an upswing. Also, I think fundamentals will also say this is a good time to buy.
