I don't think it's unreasonable to suggest that Mr. Bordynuik be clear and upfront with evidence supporting his claims. It's very commonplace for investors to get burned in penny stocks where they simply trust the shell operator without being able to verify any information and where the operator refuses to provide any help to allow the investors to do DD. Mr. Bordynuik would shine if he provided the evidence you believe he has.

My opinion is that the heated debates come from a lack of verifiable information, not from an abundance of clear, unambiguous information coming from the company.

For example if Mr. Bordynuik got an offer from a refinery and publicly announced that, a few people would call the refinery to verify and any debate about whether a buyer exists would be a closed issue in favor of the positive.
