Thank you sir! I don't know if they have an operational website or not. I looked at pinksheets and here is what I found:

But if you go to that site it looks like it is a consulting firm. I imagine they handle the IR for the company. The only other website that I see is www.quadenergy.ca which I believe is for the acquisition. So I don't know if the core company has a website or not.
