there wont be an r/s. Got this from Frank last week in my email folks. Obvious there are a couple people in here that dont want arsc to succeed, holding long and strong.

We do not have any plans at this time to do a reverse split. We are working to get our first commercial fuel cells shipped by the end of October and to get the financing of the Hydra spinoff completed.

I represent a fairly large investor group who has been following ARSC and Hydra Fuel Cell, and have seen that your first Fuel Cells are due in October which is an extremely exciting time for you folks. First of all congratulations! Second of all, my group has one going concern regarding a possible reverse split. The amount of shares that are out there are concerning, and there is a rumor that an r/s will pretty much wipe out any current shareholders value. Can you say now, as you did in 2008 that there wont be a need for one? This is one of our only concerns, as we believe in Hydra and ARSC value.
