Anyone else read the 8K released today?

It stinks for stockholder of common shares.
From what I can surmise. WE (shareholders) get one percent of the new company, the rest goes to creditors and debts.
I hope I'm wrong but this looks like the .10 will become .001 pretty darn quick.
Wasn't much left here anyway.
