I feel the game-changer for expo was the acquisition of basically the Cima brand

Let's hope that it is actually accretive to earnings... buying (acquiring, merging with, whatever they actually did) a failed company rarely is unless synergies exist... in this case, I think they do exist! Hopefully the numbers support this...

Oh, and please don't say "game changer"... seems to be a curse here! :)

Put me on the same page GS. Having seen the Cima cabinetry division and the very good group people who are now employed by Expo was for all intents and purposes the deciding factor for me to stay invested here. Now, that's a true statement if I ever said one.

I see many, many good aspects with this acquisition and it made an impression on me how things have came together so quickly. Cima cabinetry is being produced and installed in houses as we speak. I also see where this could end up being a legitimate, viable franchise opportunity for entrepreneurs. A franchise opportunity has been informally discussed with yours truly to ponder. As far as I can tell Cima is the only cabinetry company doing business.... producing and installing cabinetry in Wilkes County right now. The only other cabinetry manufacturer anywhere at all close is Aristokraft, which is owned by MasterBrands Cabinets, http://www.aristokraft.com/ , and they apparently franchise out to local dealers.

Window World has proven to all that if one can get yourself into a niche, develop that niche, build on it, take care of the clients and stay focused within that niche, which I term as installed/sales.....which means you sell and install. That business model is highly profitable for a dedicated group of individuals.

A franchise opportunity is also viable as a sales only business. Fax Expo/Cima the order and have the cabinets drop shipped either to a retail location or, just like online flooring sites, drop ship the products straight to the job-sites. I have off loaded flooring from tractor trailers several time over the years for clients who bought flooring online and would hire my company to install it for them.

There are many viable scenarios out there right now for the Cima Cabinetry Division. I'm not smart enough to think of all the options available to EXPO.

Good luck all and make it a great day!
