And IF there already was an acquiring company in hiding,and IF one of the requirements of the acquisition was a completed transfer to AIM,then it would be appropriate to assume that there will be absolutely no indication of the acquisition until such time as the transfer to AIM was completely successful...this delay in disclosure would be further delayed by any other completed conditions toward the hidden terms of such an agreement..ie all conditions and terms must be met and completed before the agreement is finalized and ,pursuant to those events,then and only then can the agreement be finalized and the announcement of such an acquisition be announced publicly
