Bendall is a smart guy. You don't think he is going into this blind do you. He knows all of this and has a solution already. There will be NO surprises for him waiting when he gets there. This small issue wont slow down or stop Empires quest to drill and become successful IMO.

But chat about it all you like. I would be surprised if they even get to court IMO.
